TOTL Assignation (Heralding Messias)

Exodus 23:27 I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee.

In TOTL Assignation (Latter Years) and TOTL Assignation (Tools of Judgement) we have learned about the first two specific times during which the Terror of the Lord is slated to appear. The TOTL is always scheduled to appear before the Wrath or Judgement and during the Latter Stages of a predominant nations reign. Therefore, if One sees the TOTL, then One should be aware that it is the Latter Stages of a predominant nations reign, and the beginning of Wrath or Judgement. We also learned that everything and everyone in this universe is an instrument in the hands of the Living God. The executors of the TOTL are all special instruments which are used by the LORD to refine and perfect mankind. Today we shall examine the second category of instruments, and the third occasion which the TOTL presages.

Let us first reiterate a very important point. We must remember that all the times of the TOTL occurrences are conjunctional. This means that these three events will always occur together in time or space. Therefore, while the TOTL is happening during the Latter Years of a predominant nation’s reign, the other two events are also occurring. If you will also notice, each event triggers or brings about the occurrence of the next. Let us now comprehend the final event which is presaged by the TOTL

Believers must understand that the TOTL foreshadows the coming of a Savior or Messias. Or you can say that the TOTL is always followed by a Messias or Savior. Now do not misunderstand what we have just written. The TOTL is always followed by a Messias, but it is not always followed by The Messias who is The Lion of Judah. There is a difference. In order to completely comprehend this we must understand what defines a Savior and a Messias. Let us therefore define Savior and Messias. .

1. Savior: (n) 1 : one that saves from danger or destruction 2 : one who brings salvation; specifically capitalized : JESUS 1

2. Messiah: (n) 1 capitalized a : the expected king and deliverer of the Jews b : JESUS 12 : a professed or accepted leader of some hope or cause

Salvation: (n) 1 a : deliverance from the power and effects of sin b : the agent or means that effects salvation c Christian Science : the realization of the supremacy of infinite Mind over all bringing with it the destruction of the illusion of sin, sickness, and death 2 : liberation from ignorance or illusion 3 a : preservation from destruction or failure

This may come as a shock to many, but there are two types of Saviors or Messias. Those who may include the false Messias may argue that there are three. If you will study the definitions you will see that a Savior or Messias is not just limited to The Messias: Christ. From the definitions, we can see that a Savior or Messias may include anyone who saves from danger or destruction, brings salvation, delivers the Jews, or a professed or accepted leader of some hope or cause. Therefore in order to fill the role of a Savior or Messias, one has to fulfill either one of these four requirements. Let us make this point clear so as not to confuse; these actions are in respects to nations or groups of people.

From the definitions of Savior and Messias, we can now see that throughout the Bible and throughout the ages, there have been many Saviors, and Messias. From the Scriptures and throughout history there is: Moses, Joshua, Othniel, Ehud, Gideon, Jonas, Salah ad-Din, George Washington, Franklin Roosevelt etc... If you will carefully research each of these Leaders you will find out that they fulfilled one of these requirements. Moses delivered or saved Israel from Egypt. Franklin Roosevelt was an accepted leader for the cause of Democracy, who saved and delivered the world from Germany.

In respects to saving and deliverance, we need to understand that before an individual is qualified as a Savior or Messias, he must save a nation while they are in a state of danger or destruction. Or he must deliver them from the power and effects of sin. For those who are not aware, the power and effects of sin, is still the state of danger and destruction. This action of saving and delivering from a state of danger and destruction is a very simple but important point which people fail to grasp. You cannot be saved until you are in. A Savior or Messias does not and cannot save until his people are in a state of danger and destruction. Therefore if he is to fulfill the role of Deliverer or Savior he must rescue his people while they are in that state.

Now, this is where the TOTL comes in. If you will recall from TOTL (Notice and Notification), one of the functions of the TOTL is to serve as an alarm or notification. Also if you will remember, part of that notification is to warn the recipients and their associates, that they have now entered the state of danger and destruction. So, with their entrance into this state, they are now in need of salvation or the saving from the power or effects of their sin. Which means that they are in need of a Savior or Messias.

If the recipients repent directly after that initial notification, the Initial Executor of the TOTL now will also become their Savior. This is because repentance and transformation will stop the TOTL from mutating into the Wrath which brings about eventual ruin. Therefore, by accepting the message which is conveyed by the TOTL, the recipients have accepted salvation through the Initial Executors.

If no repentance or transformation is achieved, the TOTL will then mutate into Wrath and Judgement. Once this mutation occurs, the associates of the Initial Executors of the TOTL will now be in an increased state of danger or destruction. This state of Wrath and Judgement will continue until something or someone stops it. At this point, in order to prevent the state of total defeat or annihilation, God must equip and send a Savior or Messias. The Savior or Messias will step in and save or deliver the associates of the Initial Executors from that state of danger or destruction. This Savior or Messias is God’s instrument for stopping his Wrath or Judgement.

Finally, lest we misunderstand; let us make this point again, these Saviors and Messias are not The Savior or The Messias who is The Lion of Judah. There is a distinction. These Saviors and Messias are a type of The Lion of Judah. They are similar in their functions, but they are not him. They are individuals who are used to stop the periods of Wrath and Judgement.

“When the Truth knocks, let it in. For closing the door on it does not make it go away.”

Malachi 3:1 Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.

Judges 3:9 And when the children of Israel cried unto the LORD, the LORD raised up a deliverer to the children of Israel, who delivered them, [even] Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb's younger brother.

TOTL Assignation (Tools of Judgement)

Recently we have learned that the Terror of The LORD is authorised and assigned for release by God. It is assigned for release at three specific times. The first occasion we discovered is during the latter stages of maturity of a predominant nation or kingdom (Dan 8:23). The second occasion is when the time of Judgement is near. And finally, the third occasion is before the arrival of Messias. These three specific times will generally coincide. Today we shall examine that second occasion along with its operation.

Let us first reiterate some key points. As we have learned in TOTL Assignation (Latter Years), it is no coincidence that God releases the TOTL during the latter stages of a predominant nation’s leadership, . This is because the Latter stages coincide with the multiplication, accumulation and summation of a lead nation’s sins and transgressions. Whether they realise it or not, God has set a prescribed limit for the sins and transgressions of all nations. From birth to extinction, he compiles a list of all of their sins and transgressions.

This lead or predominant nation is the nation which exerts the most influence over the subordinate nations of the earth. And since it leads and exerts influence over the subordinate nations of the earth; as its sins and transgressions increase, the sins and transgressions of the other nations will also increase. Therefore, the TOTL’s goal of inducing repentance and transformation is not just limited to a lead nation. It is sent to cause repentance and transformation in all of the nations of the earth. If this repentance and transformation is not achieved, then the TOTL mutates into Wrath or Judgement. Now, let us examine the instruments of the TOTL and how this mutation occurs.

Believers must understand that everything and everyone in this universe is an instrument in the hands of the Living God (Psalm 7:13, Rom 6:13). Everything and everybody is purposed and used for his glory. There is no thing that cannot and will not be used by God. Even those who profess that there is no God are being used for his glory. All persons or people living can be placed into a category of instruments. God has his hammers, his saws, his pliers, his nails, his swords, his solder, etc…

The executors of the TOTL are a special category of instruments which are designed and used to elevate or perfect mankind. These executors can come in many different forms. They can be organisations, nations, groups, individuals, leaders etc.. They can be divided into two groups. First, there is the Primary or Initial Executor or Executors. This is the person or persons who is sent to initialise the TOTL. These instruments are usually nonnative or foreign people. This is because; due to the sin, corruption, and the satiation that will be prevalent in that predominant nation or nations, it is almost impossible to find native people who are willing to initiate change. Secondly, there is the Secondary Executor or Executors. These are the first recipients of the TOTL who will later become the second executors.

In order to accomplish their goal of elevation and perfection , these executors must initiate repentance and transformation. This repentance and transformation may be accomplished in one of two ways. First, it can be achieved peaceably and willingly. If you will recall, the TOTL is triggered because of a lead nation’s accumulated violations of God’s boundaries and guidelines. After the TOTL is triggered, it is now up to that lead nation to guide the way to repentance and a suitable transformation. That nation now has a choice on how to bring about this repentance and transformation. First, by becoming aware of their transgressions and humbly repenting, they can accomplish it peaceably and willingly. After their repentance, Productive Fear will transform them and once again lead and redirect them to Life. As they are lead and redirected, the rest of the nations will also be lead and redirected.

The second way which repentance and a suitable transformation can be accomplished is through devastation and destruction. This is the most popular and preferred way. If the predominant nation chooses this way, the TOTL will mutate from a warning into Wrath and Judgement. This is how it occurs. Because of the increase of sin and transgression and the lack of Productive Fear which is prevalent during the release of the TOTL, most nations will refuse to admit error and therefore will refuse to repent and suitably transform. Instead, due to ignorance, pride, and the lack of that Productive Fear, they will choose to lash out in anger at the Initial Executors of the TOTL. After lashing out at the Initial Executors of the TOTL, the anger will expand, and that predominant nation will lash out at any and everybody who is associated with them. When this occurs the TOTL ceases from being just a warning and mutates into Wrath and Judgement. When this mutation occurs, the initial recipient of the TOTL will now become the Secondary TOTL. So, instead of one executor, we now have two executors.

Whether he realises it or not, as he moves to achieve his own personal objectives of revenge, destruction, money, power etc…, the Secondary Executor is still fulfilling God’s goal of man’s repentance and transformation. This is because unbeknownst to him, as he retaliates against the Initial Executor and his associates, he is now an instrument for executing Wrath or Judgement against God’s chosen people. As he executes this Judgement, he is facilitating their repentance and transformation. He is not only punishing the people of God for their transgressions and unbelief, but he is also refining and perfecting them. The tribulation and oppression that he has brought upon the people will remove the unfaithful and strengthen the faithful. As it does this, it will free them from their impurities and moral imperfections(Isa. 48:10, Zech 13:9). Also as that nation refuses to turn from its wicked ways, they will accelerate their own death and ruination (Rev:13:10).

Finally, by the time the Secondary Executors mission is accomplished, he will have been used to facilitate repentance and transformation throughout the world. The world will once again be full of Productive Fear. They will once again be fully awake and aware of God’s guidelines and boundaries. Productive Fear will once again hinder, impede, restrain, and check Death, while simultaneously controlling, leading, and directing, One to Life. The world will remain this way until the people are again without Productive Fear, and sin has once more accumulated.


Isaiah 54:16 Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.

Romans 6:13 Neither yield ye your members [as] instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members [as] instruments of righteousness unto God.

Daniel 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.


Previously in TOTL (Notice and Notification) we began to learn about The Terror of The LORD. This is a fear which is unlike any other, and one which One should not wish to see. Search the Scriptures, for contrary to what the pundits have taught, God gives the authorisation for this fear. We learned that this fear is amorphous. Once released it neither has the nature or character of a Productive Fear or a Lack of Productive Fear.
Only after it has reached its destination, does the nature or character become determined by the hearts and minds of the recipients. Depending on their actions, they will decide whether the TOTL will become a Productive, Lack of Productive or Exaggerated Fear. Now in order for us to continue to understand the full purpose and function of the TOTL; we must also comprehend its assignation, or appointment of time and place.

As Believers we must understand that the TOTL is assigned for release at specific times and places in this three dimensional realm. If you will closely examine the Scriptures, you will find the times when this Terror is unleashed. Let us begin by looking in the book of Daniel.


In Daniel we can find the three occasions when the TOTL is released. First, it is released during the latter stages of maturity of a predominant kingdom or empire (Dan8:23). During these stages, that kingdom has served its function and is physically and morally decaying.
Without regeneration, it must pass the mantle and make way for the rise of another. Secondly it is released when the time for judgement is near (Dan 7:10). Thirdly, it is released before the arrival of Messias (Dan 7:22). If you will also notice, these three times will always coincide. Today we shall discuss the first time of release otherwise known as the Latter Days of Maturity. Now, in order to fully understand this release, we must first understand the Life of a nation.

First, Believers must comprehend that the nations and their governments are living bodies. The mechanics of their lives and death are similar to that of a human body. They live, eat, breath, and give birth etc... For example, if you will study, you will see that each goes through stages of life which are similar to humans. First, each nation has a time of conception and birth. During this time, as a woman in travail, it must go through great pain to come into being (Rev. 12:4) After its birth, each goes through a stage of adolescence. During this time, the nation is crawling around as a toddler trying to gain its footing in its sphere.


After these adolescent years, there will come the early years or stages of its maturity. These times are similar to those of a young child who moves into a new neighborhood. In this new neighborhood, that young child must make a name for himself. This can be done by making friends through diplomacy, or by gaining respect through fighting. The same is applicable to a nation or government. During its early years of maturity the nation must establish its name, reputation, and standing in the world community. This a very important stage; for in this stage leadership or subservience in the world is established.

The last stage is the Latter Days of maturity. During these years the nation is aging. It has reached its peak, and its power and vitality are now on the decline. If it is a dominant or leading nation, its ability to dominate or lead will also wane. If you will search throughout history you will notice that there are some nations which have lasted longer than others. This is because the longevity of a nation is also similar to the human concept of life. Just as there are a number of people who will take care of themselves, retain their power, and live longer than some; there are also nations which will retain their power and last longer than others. There is a very important reason for this.

When dealing with nations, sin and transgression are the biggest contributors to their decline. The more sin and corruption that is prevalent in the people and their governments, the faster the nation’s decline. This stems from the fact that, sin is a corrupting influence. It is a negative influence which not only decays spiritually, but also physically. Therefore, as the nations grow older, their sins and transgressions will multiply and accumulate. And whether they have realised it or not, God keeps a compilation of each nations’ sins and transgressions. This compilation of transgressions is a triggering mechanism for the TOTL. When the accumulation of these sins and transgressions have reached their prescribed limits, the TOTL is triggered. This is done so as to bring about repentance and transformation, or you can also say regeneration and restoration. Therefore, it is no coincidence that the TOTL arrives during the Latter days of a predominant or lead nation’s dominance. This is because during these stages, due to sin and corruption, most nations will lose their way.

Let us make one point clear, so as not to confuse. The transformation and repentance is not just limited to that predominant nation or nations; it is also required of the whole earth. This is because, while sin and corruption are increasing in that predominant nation, they are also increasing in the surrounding nations of the earth. This arises from the fact that the predominant nation is always the lead or guide nation. It leads and guides those in the earth, in morals, rights, the administering of justice, etc.. And since the surrounding nations are subordinate, they are greatly influenced by that nations actions and behavior. This is also the main reason why the TOTL is always initially brought upon the predominant nation or nations. When that lead nation begins to lose its bearing or light, many of the other nations will also lose their bearings and light. When this happens then it is time for God to change the lights.

An example of this influence can be seen in the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. If you will notice, Sodom and Gomorrah are not the only cities which were overthrown. In Genesis 19:25-29 we see that God also overthrows all of the surrounding or subordinate cities which are aligned. This is because of the influence of Sodom and Gomorrah which had penetrated these cities. All of these cities had become of one mind or communication. Another example of this can also be seen in present day Babylon. As (Rev. 14:8) correctly states, her influence has reached all of the nations.

Finally when One sees the TOTL it is a sign to Believers to prepare. A predominant nation is in the Latter Days of its reign and a new Kingdom arises. This is the stage which a nation may fight, but without repentance and transformation, their demotion is inevitable. Do not be deceived, for God may hold that nation up until the new Kingdom is formed, but in the end it will still be the same results.

Proverbs 14: 34 Righteousness exalteth a nation: But sin is a reproach to any people.

Ezekiel 5:6 And she hath changed my judgments into wickedness more than the nations, and my statutes more than the countries that [are] round about her: for they have refused my judgments and my statutes, they have not walked in

Matthew 5:14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

Revelation 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
